Where it appears in the portal

1. Open the official eVISA portal.
2. Choose Visas → Nuevo Trámite → Visas Ordinarias y diplomáticas → Nueva Visa.
3. Choose Titular/Beneficiario (or the appropriate applicant option).
4. Choose Permanent residence.
5. Select Residencia Permanente-Unión de Hecho.
